How quickly time flies when the sun is shining, the days are getting longer and there is always something to do in the garden!
The persistently warm March weather lured one plant after the other and every day something new blooms somewhere. Let’s take a journey through time through March and observe the development from tentative early spring to the colorful beginning of spring.


4th of March
The crocuses and helleborus orientalis are blooming in all colours and are already attracting the first bees. The first scilla, vinca and dwarf iris are sighted, the wild garlic is already peeking out, and the tree peony is already showing buds.
The first tulip got an extra performance and finally showed us that winter is over!





14th of March
The first violets, daffodils, forsytia blossoms! And you can watch the tree peonies and hydrangeas grow.



18th of March
Many have now followed the first tulip, there are also more and more spring flowers and liverworts, and the vinca and euphorbia are already blooming… and the apricot! She is the first blossoming tree!



22th of March
The helleborus wither. The first anemones, the double spring snowflake and the hyacinths show up. The clematis is already budding, as are the tulips. The first lesser celandine is yellow in the violet cushion and the wild tulips are increasing in number.


25th of March
Every day brings sunshine – every day brings new surprises!
The tulips are blooming! Our much-loved muscaris were there overnight, as were the field violets and the peonies. Many daffodil varieties, anemones and hyacinths have blossomed. The pear blossom begins on the fence, and in a quiet corner we almost missed the elf flower!
