As we have often mentioned, tulips are the sign of spring for us.
As the temperature rises, they begin to bloom everywhere in the garden…
but the expected sea of flowers that was supposed to overgrow the whole garden didn’t work this year either!
And every year we ask ourselves anew: where did all those many bulbs go?
Not just the hundreds from last autumn, but also all those that bloomed so beautifully last year.
It seems that most exceptional varieties only appear for one season and then die off. All the parrot tulips, the fringed ones, the filled ones, the special colours – gone!
It can’t be mice because there are no traces afterwards.
But let’s stop complaining – let’s enjoy the beautiful flowers!
