After the rain didn’t want to stop in June and the garden was already under water, the tall plants – especially the long shoots of the rose arbors – were bent towards the ground, the sun finally came out!
How powerfully everything has developed through all the water. The garden has never been so green and lush. You could actually watch the grass grow.

And smells!
But on Friday we leave our paradise for 2 weeks so that Laura’s big wish can come true: to finally experience the hydrangea blossom in the Azores!
What will we expect when we return?
