Enough rain and enough sun have given us a good harvest so far. Peas and currants are already in the freezer. The green beans and zucchini will follow soon. The apple and pear trees are full. The poppy seeds will soon be ripe too.
Almost every day we eat what the garden produces: tomatoes, zucchini, green beans and cucumbers, from which we have already made the first jar of fermented cucumbers.
