After a long period of rain, finally a wonderful sunny Saturday!
Our guests were able to enjoy the garden in the splendid splendor of autumn flowers. For refreshment, there were cold and hot drinks, as well as sweet and savory delicacies from our book, such as golden-brown lemon cake, juicy pumpkin cake, Istrian wedding biscuits and Hungarian savory scones with pork cracklings. The book presentation was thus also a tasting, which met with general approval and enthusiasm.
Fortunately, we took a few pictures shortly before the first guests arrived – then we were too busy. On request, someone took two souvenir photos.
After many nice conversations, a friendly group gathered for a barbecue in the seat pit, and the last guests left us at 3 a.m.
It was a wonderful day and we thank everyone who was there.
