The international Yugoslav-Croatian sculptor Dusan Dzamonja (1928-2009) built a house with a studio from 1965 near Vrsar / Istria. He designed the surrounding property of 24,000 m2 as a sculpture park for his metal works. He created a unique synthesis of sculptures and landscape, the natural composition of which he supplemented with stone walls.
The resulting harmony of art and nature he himself described as his greatest artistic work.
The park is freely accessible all year round. The opening times can be found on the Internet.
