In January 2018 we were on a skiing holiday in the Bohemian Forest. One evening in the hotel room, Laura had the idea of making a blog about our garden… and immediately started searching the internet for suitable tools.
It was clear from the start that we would write in three languages: German, Hungarian and English.
As soon as we got home, we began to see our garden more intensively with the photographic eye and rummaged through the – at that time still small – archive for suitable pictures.
There are always topics for posts in such a large garden, sometimes more, sometimes less. We also wanted to report on gardens we visit on our travels, the projects we plan for the garden and exhibitions or fairs we attend to promote our garden.
We have been reporting with great pleasure for 5 years now and hope to make you happy too!
We have now begun to put all previous contributions in book form and to have them printed, initially only for us. This will be a book of about 200 pages per year. We don’t yet know how much that will cost, and we’re not planning a larger print run yet…unless there’s enough demand.
